How do I upgrade a code?
Make your code for free, then open its edit page and choose a plan. Upgrades are per code, so you only pay for the codes that need to open instantly.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your printed code keeps working. It goes back to being a free code with the 2-second page. Nothing else changes, and nothing is deleted.
Why is there a 2-second page on free codes?
It shows the person scanning which website they are about to open, which protects them from scams, and it carries a small "Made with QRPainter" line, which is how free codes pay for themselves. It sets no cookies and shows no ads.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, prices shown include VAT where it applies. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of paying and we refund in full.
